
AnaCap to acquire Wealthtime
AnaCap Financial Partners has agreed to acquire financial portfolio management platform Wealthtime.
The firm is currently investing from its AnaCap Financial Partners III vehicle, which closed on €850m in 2016. The fund was 48% deployed as of April 2019.
The investment is intended to support a buy-and-build strategy.
Following completion of the deal, Jan Regnart will leave her position as CEO, Patrick Mill will join as CEO, with Richard Denning and Dominic Easton installed as chief operating officer and finance director respectively. Lucy Bristow will stay on as commercial director.
