Campbell Lutyens appoints Bott to advisory board
Campbell Lutyens has appointed Charlie Bott, the ex-BC Partners head of investor relations, to its global advisory board.
Bott led BC's fundraisings, but prior to that position, he acted as the chairman of the European financial sponsors group at Goldman Sachs and was a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Bott will work with Gordon Bajnai, partner and chairman of the advisory board, and is expected to use his experience and network to support the continued growth of the business globally, according to a statement.
Recent hires from the firm include Kate Simpson for the position of general counsel, and Robert Bee for the position of principal in the UK and Europe.
In 2019, Campbell Lutyens advised on more than $27bn in fund placement and secondary transactions for clients globally, including the Eurazeo Capital IV investment programme, according to a statement. The firm has also previously advised on Bowmark Capital Partners VI, TDR Capital IV and Epiris Fund II.
BC Partners is a minority shareholder in Acuris Group, the parent company of Unquote.
