
CGE acquires Enhesa in debut deal
CGE Partners has acquired compliance platform Enhesa.
The capital will go towards targeted M&A activity. Enhesa's management team will stay in its position.
CGE closed its debut fund on €440m in October 2019. The fund will provide equity tickets of €20-80m to mid-market companies in northern and western Europe. It is looking for businesses with enterprise values of up to €200m in the sectors of technology, healthcare, education, financials, consumer and leisure.
Previous funding
Waterland Private Equity provided growth capital to Enhesa in February 2017 for a stake of 10-29%, according to Unquote sister publication Mergermarket.

Founded in 2001, Enhesa is an environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance intelligence platform. Headquartered in Brussels, it employs 75 analysts to provide frequently updated advice on EHS regulations.
