
Squire Patton Boggs hires Eversheds' Milne

Squire Patton Boggs has hired David Milne from Eversheds Sutherland.
He joins as a partner in the firm's global corporate practice in Squire PB's Leeds office. Milne specialises in private equity transactions, and UK and international mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on investments, acquisitions, buyouts and disposals across the manufacturing, engineering, food, drink, consumer, technology, business services, facilities management, and healthcare sectors.
Milne started his career as a lawyer at Eversheds as a principal associate in the corporate and M&A team. He progressed to the position of partner in 2018.
Earlier this year, the Squire PB corporate practice team saw the arrival in London of partners Ben Squires and Charles Leeming from Simpson Thacher, as well as Stephen Ball from KPMG.
