
THI invests in Corndel

THI Investments has taken a majority stake in digital and management training service Corndel.
THI is a family-owned private equity investor with assets under management of more than €1.8bn. It provides patient capital and Corndel is its first investment in the UK.
Corndel's management team will remain substantial shareholders in the company following the deal.
A source close to the situation told Unquote: "The THI team has significant experience in the education sector and has, together with its network of education and training advisers, closely monitored this sector over recent years."
The company will focus on developing its training offering with the new investment.

Founded in 2016, Corndel is an apprenticeship and training provider in data, software development and DevOps engineering. Based in London, it employs more than 200 people and generates around £25m in revenues.
