Mobeus backs £9.5m ABL1Touch buyout
Mobeus has backed a buyout for automotive accident repair group ABLE1Touch, worth ТЃ9.5m.
The firm is currently investing from its fourth-generation fund, which closed on £166m. It was 50% deployed as of July 2019 and makes investments of £5-15m in management buyouts.
The incumbent management team will remain in place and will be joined by Bill Duffy, previously of Nationwide Autocentres, who has joined the board as non-executive chair.
