
LDC invests in Omniplex
LDC has invested in UK-based online education business Omniplex.
The company's existing management team is led by CEO Matthew Lloyd.
Following the transaction, the business will focus on organic and inorganic growth, and LDC's Azizi Ul-Haq will join Omniplex's board as a non-executive director. In addition, Ken Hills, who was a senior board executive on LDC-backed workforce management software business Mitrefinch, will also join as a non-executive chairman.
