
Stirling Square acquires Consensus
Stirling Square Capital Partners has acquired Consensus, a residential care and supported living services company.
The firm has drawn equity for the deal from its fourth-generation fund, which closed on €950m in January 2020. The fund executes the pan-European strategy developed by Stirling Square's earlier funds, targeting mid-market companies with enterprise values of €50-500m.
This is the company’s first institutional investor.

Colchester-based Consensus is a provider of specialist residential care and supported living services in the UK. Its turnover for the year ending on 31 March 2019 amounted to £46m. The business was founded in 2000.
