
ECI-backed Edenhouse sold to trade
ECI Partners portfolio company Edenhouse, an independent SAP partner, has been sold to Accenture.
The acquisition is expected to scale Accenture's capabilities in the UK to address accelerated demand for SAP's cloud-based products and services. Edenhouse's team will join Accenture's SAP Business Group in the UK to support the local business, according to a statement.
Previous funding
ECI acquired a minority stake in Edenhouse in January 2017. At the time, the firm was investing from its 10th vehicle, which closed on £500m in September 2014.

Founded in 2008, Edenhouse is an SAP platinum partner, specialising in the sale, implementation, support and hosting of SAP products to medium-sized businesses.
Edenhouse employs more than 250 people. In the year ending on 31 March 2020, the company generated revenues of £41.9m.
