
Intriva invests in £60m MoneyPlus MBO
Intriva Capital has invested in a £60m management buyout for consumer debt advice company MoneyPlus Group.
Intriva is an independent alternative investment manager focused on special situations and distressed investment strategies across private markets in western Europe.
The firm's backing of the management buyout, led by CEO Chris Davis, will see MoneyPlus's management team continue in their existing roles.
Intriva will provide additional funding to enhance the breadth and value of services for MoneyPlus's customers, according to a statement.

MoneyPlus was founded in 2010 provides its customers with private debt advice and planning, as well as household energy and legal services. MoneyPlus is headquartered in Manchester and employs 170 people.
