NVM in £10m MBO for Trust Systems
NVM Private Equity has completed a £10m management buyout of tech consultancy Trust Systems.
Company founders Tom Stone and Mike Dowson will remain significant shareholders in the business.
As part of the deal, NVM has appointed Ben Marnham as chairman of the board. The investment was led by NVM investment partner David Rolfe with support from fellow investment partner James Arrowsmith, who will both join the board.
The deal is the eighth from NVM's Private Equity Vintage III fund and follows the announcement earlier this week of an £18m MBO of Pareto Facilities Management.
NVM said in a statement that revenues in the business grew strongly over the last few years, with the company seeing a growth of 100% to the end of December 2020.
