Ethos Partners has backed People Value, a UK-based provider of employee engagement and benefits software.
Harwood Private Capital provided senior debt to support the deal.
Ethos deploys equity tickets of £3-10m, funded on a deal-by-deal basis.
The firm invests in UK-based companies with minimum EBITDA of £1m and enterprise values in the £5-30m range. It targets majority and minority acquisitions, via both buyouts and growth capital transactions.
