
Queen's Park Equity backs MBO of Encore Group
Queen's Park Equity has backed the MBO of Cambridge-based property management company Encore Group, alongside Encore executives Joaquim Fillola, James Peace and Jeremy Chard.
Founding partners Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson will retain a stake in the business.
The GP will support the company with a combination of organic and accelerated growth opportunities.
The deal is the third platform investment from Queen's Park Equity Fund I, which closed on its hard-cap of £185m in December 2020.

Founded in 2003 and based in Cambridge, Encore Group provides a range of estate management services to 27,000 properties across the UK. The company has additional offices in London, Nottingham and Sandhurst.
