Aurelius acquires AutoRestore
Aurelius has acquired mobile car-body repair service AutoRestore from previous owner Belron International.
The company traded as Autoglass BodyRepair under its previous owner.
The GP said in a statement that the acquisition will complement several of its existing portfolio companies, including commercial vehicle fleet management businesses Rivus Fleet Solutions and Pullman Fleet Services.
Aurelius intends to support the company operationally through the carve-out and will also support the integration of AutoRestore with the aforementioned fleet management companies. However, the business will operate as an independent entity.
