
August Equity invests in Integrity360
August Equity Partners has invested in Ireland-based cyber security company Integrity360.
Integrity360 founder and CEO Eoin Goulding will take on the role of president within the company, while Ian Brown will join as executive chairman.
Following the investment, the company intends to make acquisitions across Europe, expanding its geographic reach and its service portfolio, including managed detection and response services. The company has previously made add-ons including cyber security consultancy business Metadigm in 2017.
August Equity is investing via August Equity V. The vehicle held a final close in January 2020 on £300m, surpassing its £275m target. The fund invests in companies with enterprise values of £10-100m and EBITDA of £1-5m, deploying equity tickets of £15-40m.
The deal is August Equity's second platform investment of 2021; the GP acquired cloud-enabled enterprise communications service Business Systems UK in January 2021.
In March 2021, August sold its stake in Pet Cremation Services (PCS), a UK-based pet crematoria operator, to BC Partners' VetPartners.

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Dublin, Integrity360 provides a range of cybersecurity services for mid-market and enterprise clients in sectors including financial services, healthcare, government and retail. Its services include managed security, technical consulting, training and cyber security testing. The company’s revenues grew by 15% in 2020, according to a statement.
