ISIS Equity Partners has supported the MBO of consultancy firm Impetus Automotive.
The GP committed capital from the Baronsmead VCTs. The management team increased its equity stake as part of the buyout.
The fresh capital will support the international expansion of the firm into new markets and the development of new services.

Founded in 2001 and based in Warwick, Impetus Automotive is a business consultancy that supplies sales and support services to the automotive industry.
Impetus has 250 employees working with 25 vehicle manufacturers in the UK, Europe, Asia, South America and Russia. The firm's revenues have increased by 50% since 2010.
