GMT's MeetingZone makes third bolt-on
GMT Communications Partners' portfolio company MeetingZone has acquired Atia Communications as part of its expansion.
The deal is MeetingZone's third bolt-on acquisition and adds services in the unified communications and Microsoft Lync field to the company's offering.
GMT acquired MeetingZone in July 2011, with its first bolt-on following later that year with the acquisition of Unified Communications Sweden AB. Its second bolt-on was completed in June 2012 when the company acquired Confy AB.

MeetingZone provides audio and web conferencing and collaboration services and is based in Oxford, UK. It was founded in 2002 and reported turnover of £11m in 2011. It operates in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, the US and Canada.
Atia is a Caerphilly, UK, unified communications specialist and is Microsoft Lync 2010 accredited.
