
Living Bridge invests in Sykes Cottages
Living Bridge has acquired holiday property lettings agency Sykes Cottages in a deal that is understood to value the company at £54m.
Following the deal, Living Bridge will support the company's growth in the UK and Ireland.
Company
Sykes was established in 1991. The holiday property lettings agency has a portfolio of around 5,000 cottages based throughout the UK and Ireland. Properties range from small cottages to large contemporary properties.

Clive Sykes is the founder and chairman of Sykes, while Miles Hill is managing director. The deal was led by Daniel Smith, Mark Advani, Xavier Woodward and Maria Evgeniou at Living Bridge.
