AnaCap buys international division of IFG for €84m
AnaCap has agreed to acquire the international division of financial services company IFG Group for тЌ84m.
The investment was sourced from AnaCap Financial Partners II.
Company
IFG Group is a British financial services provider. Its international division is headquartered in Dublin. In 2011, the international division made £8.2m in profits in 2011. As of December 2011, the subdivision managed almost 35% of the group's gross assets.
The firm offers trustee and corporate services in offshore centres such as Jersey, Cyprus, Switzerland and the Isle of Man.
People
Declan Kenny is CEO of the international division and will remain in his role, after resigning from the IFG board of directors.
