Gresham-backed TTG bolts on Red-M
Gresham Private Equity portfolio company Team Telecom Group (TTG) has acquired wireless technology company Red-M.
The deal represents TTG's second add-on acquisition since its £38.2m MBO in 2010, and forms part of a buy-and-build strategy. The company previously acquired IT infrastructure consultancy C&C Technology in 2011.
Company
The Red-M Group, formed in a 2005 merger of Cellular Design Services and Red-M Communications, provides wireless technology consulting, systems integration, and network services. The group and its predecessors have previously received several rounds of funding from VCs, including Albion Ventures and Pi Capital.
