
Agathos invests in EAT Communications
Agathos has acquired a minority stake in EAT Communications, which runs British marketing agency Inhabit.
The GP stated that is has a longstanding relationship with EAT's management and exercised an option to purchase a minority stake in the business in July. A newco was not set up for this investment.
EAT stated that the fresh capital allowed it to acquire marketing agency AP Marketing and that it plans to acquire more competitors in the future.

EAT is the holding company of Inhabit, a communications agency for clients in the property sector. Inhabit has offices in London and Uckfield.
AP Marketing is a London-based property marketing agency that offers branding, brochures, advertising, marketing suites, outdoor signage, social media and other services.
