
WestBridge backs £3.5m bChannels SBO
WestBridge Capital has supported the £3.5m secondary buyout of bChannels from previous backers RCapital.
RCapital supported the management buyout of bChannels in July 2012, purchasing the company from previous owner Adventis Group.
Company
bChannels provides outsourced marketing services and customer engagement strategies to technology companies. Clients include Cisco, Dell and Hitachi.
The business employs 126 people at its headquarters in Oxford and has further offices in the US and Australia.
The company was founded in 1999 by current CEO Matt Rowland-Jones.
People
Valerie Kendall is a partner at Westbridge and joins the board of bChannels as part of the deal. Myles Halley is chairman of RCapital. Matt Rowland-Jones is CEO of bChannels.
