Sovereign Capital has invested in Kindertons, a UK-based specialist provider of outsourced accident management services.
Chenavari Investment Managers provided debt to support the transaction. The company aims to grow organically and via acquisitions.
Buy & build specialist Sovereign operates within the service-based sectors of business support services, healthcare and education & training.
Sovereign's portfolio includes Cordium, a global provider of regulatory compliance consulting services to the asset management and securities industries; and Alcumus, a provider of compliance and certification services.

Headquartered in Crewe and founded in 1993, Kindertons provides outsourced accident management services for motor insurers and insurance brokers, together with claims management services for drivers who have been involved in road traffic accidents.
The company operates 11 depots in the UK with a fleet of more than 2,000 vehicles, employing 450 staff.

Neil Cox and Rob King led the deal for Sovereign. Shaun Ellison is the founder and managing director of Kindertons. Jon Walden has been appointed non-executive chairman of the company.
