SEP supports Tryzens MBO
Scottish Equity Partners (SEP) has supported the management buyout of UK-based digital solutions provider Tryzens from its parent company Jaywig.
The deal saw CEO Terry Hunter and his senior management team acquire an undisclosed stake in Tryzens with the backing of SEP. The company plans to expand into Europe as well as internationally.

Based in London, Tryzens is a provider of digital retail solutions in the e-commerce sector with technology focused on digital design, development, delivery, integration and strategy. With additional offices in Bulgaria and India, the company employs in excess of 200 staff.
Tryzens' clients include Dunelm Mill, JD Sports Fashion Group, Tesco, Austin Reed Group, Charlotte Olympia, Timberland, Tally Weijl and Waitrose.
People
Andrew Davison is a partner at SEP and will join the company's board. Terry Hunter is the CEO of Tryzens.
