Kernel Capital invests €500,000 in Zolkc
Kernel Capital has provided тЌ500,000 of seed funding to tourism technology specialist Zolkc.
The capital will facilitate the introduction of Zolkc's platform to the North American market.
Company
Waterford-based Zolkc was founded in 2007 and originated from the Telecommunication Software & Systems Group (TSSG) in the Waterford Institute of Technology. The company has developed a platform that allows tourist destinations to customise their experience for guests by providing rich multimedia, video and audio content. Currently Zolkc employs a team of 10 people.
