Hamilton Bradshaw backs MBO of SF Group
Hamilton Bradshaw Private Equity has provided capital to support the management buyout of financial recruitment firm SF Group.
The GP aims to grow the firm's staff base to 110 and net revenue to £10m over the next three years.
Company
Founded in 1997, SF Group began as a recruitment firm for finance and accounting professionals. In addition, the business now offers HR, supply chain, logistics, procurement, marketing and sales services.
SF Group has regional offices in Manchester and Birmingham, alongside its Nottingham headquarters.

Tristan Ramus, managing director of Hamilton Bradshaw's private equity division, led the deal.
