Amadeus exits oneDrum
Amadeus Capital Partners has exited software company oneDrum to American trade player Yammer.
Amadeus stated that oneDrum, which it has provided with seed financing since 2008, will return a significant investment multiple. OneDrum employees will join Yammer, with the aim of integrating the two products.
The deal represents the first exit for the Amadeus & Angels Seed Fund, which closed at £10m in October 2006.
Company
OneDrum, based in Stirling, UK, develops enterprise collaboration software. Its main product consists of a peer-to-peer desktop application, which integrates Microsoft Office applications with Google Docs functionality.
