Endless's Trutex buys John Hall Schoolwear
Endless-backed Trutex has acquired John Hall Schoolwear, a UK school uniform manufacturer.
Capital to support the deal was provided by Endless, which bought Trutex in February 2010.
The deal will see Trutex return to manufacturing products in the UK for the first time in over 10 years.
Company
Trutex is a school uniform supplier based in Lancashire and founded in 1865. It has more than 100 employees and supplied independent retailers across the UK.
John Hall Schoolwear is based in Rochdale and manufactures bespoke school uniforms for retailers.
