Next Wave backs Fox International
Next Wave Partners has joined Pricoa Capital Group in a growth capital investment for Fox International, a UK-based fishing tackle company.
The company's founder and management team will retain a significant stake in the business following the transaction.
Fox will use the fresh funding to improve customer service and to expand in international markets.
Pricoa is the asset management business of Prudential Financial. The investor commits around $12bn annually in senior debt, mezzanine and equity.
Company
Based in Hainault, Essex, Fox International is a fishing tackle business founded in 1967. The company has products in coarse, match, carp, predator and sea fishing. It has a European distribution plant in Meer on the Holland and Belgium border and employs 100 members of staff.
