
HIG sells Aircom
HIG Capital has sold Aircom to Teoco, a US-based provider of analytics and optimisation solutions for communication services providers.
HIG acquired Aircom from Advent International in February 2011, in a deal financed by Barclays and HSBC.
Company
Established in 1995, Aircom provides network planning and optimisation services to the mobile telecoms industry. The company is headquartered in Surrey and employs 950 people.
Following the deal, the combined entity will serve a customer base of more than 300 communications service providers across 100 countries, operating from offices in 15 countries.
