Notion Capital reinvests in eSellerPro
Notion Capital has invested a further ТЃ1m in portfolio company eSellerPro, a Gloucestershire-based e-commerce software provider.
The follow-on investment will support the company's geographical expansion and product development.
Previous funding
In October 2010, Notion Capital invested £1.8m in eSellerPro in exchange for a minority stake. The investment was made through the firm's only fund and underpinned a focus on sales, marketing and customer service.
Company
Gloucestershire-based eSellerPro is an e-commerce software provider for multi-channel sellers including Tesco Outlet, Dixons and Royal Mail. The e-commerce management system integrates the whole online sales process with the seller's existing internal systems, improving sales opportunities across multiple channels such as eBay and Amazon. In 2011, the company processed £233m in sales on behalf of its customers. eSellerPro has tripled its revenues since the original investment in 2010.
