Ariadne Capital et al. provide seed funding for ClickSlide
The Ariadne Capital Entrepreneurs (ACE) Fund and three angel investors have invested in cloud-based technology start-up ClickSlide Ltd.
The funding – thought to be worth less than £500,000 – will be used for product development, in particular for ClickSlide's new tool ClickSlide Abacus.
ClickSlide Abacus is a cloud-based platform that allows software to be connected to a programmable interface for the testing of application programming interfaces (API) against live mobile applications. The company intends to launch ClickSlide Abacus in 2013.

Founded in the UK in 2011, ClickSlide creates a graphic user interface for any API. ClickSlide's approach is to automate the process of adding graphical user interface components to the growing number of APIs or datasets being made available to developers today.
