
GCP invests in World Trade Group
GCP Capital Partners has backed the MBO of World Trade Group for £27.5m.
The investor was convinced by good growth prospects of the company. Following the transaction, GCP will own a majority stake in the business.

Founded in 1997, World Trade Group (WTG) is a provider of B2B events, training and online lead generation services. The company is headquartered in London and runs offices in Canada and Singapore. WTG employs about 250 members of staff.
