
Lyceum-backed Access Group bolts on Delta Software
Lyceum Capital portfolio company Access Group has acquired Delta Software for £5.4m.
The addition is intended to expand the supply chain capability of Access Group's enterprise resource planning software. According to Lyceum, further growth will be achieved by in-house R&D, additional strategic acquisitions, and a focus on cloud solutions.
The deal represents Access Group's fifth acquisition, following those of ATL, Elite, Hoge, and DHC Finance.

Delta Software, established in 1990, develops warehouse management software. The company is based in Wakefield, UK.
Access Group, established in 1991, provides enterprise resource planning software to mid-sized and large corporate customers. Based in Colchester, it operates nine offices in the UK and Ireland, and employs 350 staff.
