
YFM backs £3.4m Heritage Window MBO
YFM Equity Partners has invested £3.2m in the management buyout of window maker The Heritage Window Company.
The total value of the MBO was £3.4m, with YFM investing £3.2m.
The company's managing director Sean Ballard led the buyout alongside former Anglican Home Improvements CEO Peter Mottershead.

Heritage Window is a manufacturer of aluminium windows and is the only UK supplier to create windows under the Benenden brand. All windows are produced to order at its headquarters in Bellingham, London.
The company was founded in 2000 by Geoff Dolan. Heritage Windows generates sales of £6.2m. The company employs 46 people across its facilities and showrooms in Beaconsfield, Dorking, Bellingham and Sevenoaks.
People
Managing director Sean Ballard, who joined the company in 2012, led the management buyout. As part of the deal, Philip Maskell, finance director at another YFM portfolio company GTK, has joined as part-time finance director. Peter Mottershead, former Anglican Home Improvements CEO, has joined the board as non-executive chairman.
Jamie Roberts is investment director at YFM and led the deal.
