
Taylor Wessing strengthens private equity team

Law firm Taylor Wessing has announced the hire of two new partners to its private equity team.
trueJames Goold (above) joins the company from Jones Day, where he has been a partner on its private equity team for 10 years. Goold has worked on both domestic and international deals including MBOs, venture and cross-border M&A transactions. His experience is in retail, technology, energy, business services and real estate.
New hire Edward Waldron (inset) joins from Eversheds, where he was a principal associate in the corporate team. Waldron specialises in investments in the TMT and financial services sectors.
