BGF invests £4m in Vysiion Group

BGF's investment was provided to RFL Communications, which acquired Zantra and Solutions 4 Business. The enlarged group was renamed Vysiion.

The companies under Vysiion will continue to grow revenues from their individual areas of expertise, but the group will expand its focus to larger local and central government contracts.

Founded in 1996 as RFL Communications, the Wiltshire company supplies infrastructure and outsourced IT services.

Following the Zantra Technology and Solutions 4 Business acquisitions, Vysiion Group employs 90 people.

People
James Austin, Sarah Ledwidge and Daniel Tapson worked on the deal for BGF. Austin will join the board of the company as a non-executive director following the investment. Bruce Brain is the executive chairman of Vysiion Group.
