Lyceum's Access Group acquires TeamSeer
Lyceum Capital-backed Access Group has acquired team management software-as-a-service company TeamSeer.
The transaction represents Access's ninth add-on since Lyceum invested in the company in March 2011.
Access has more than 300 customers across brands including Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann Erickson, Legal & General Investment Management, Hogg Robinson Group, Hitachi, Siemens and the New York Stock Exchange.

TeamSeer is used by more than 40,000 individuals across the world in organisations including BT, New York Stock Exchange, Hitachi and Siemens.
