
NVM generates 2x on Promatic sale
NVM Private Equity has sold Promatic Group to the company’s senior management and trade buyer CCI International.
CCI International is a manufacturer and supplier of clay pigeon targets.
Previous investment
NVM invested £3.35m into Promatic's management buyout in September 2007. The investment was supported by debt financing provided by Yorkshire Bank, bringing total funding for the company up to £7.5m.
