Growth Capital Partners invests in Advanced Insulation
Growth Capital Partners (GCP) has acquired a minority stake in Advanced Insulation (AI), a supplier of insulation services to the offshore oil and gas sector.
The investment enabled members of the senior management team to acquire an interest in the business, and will also support the company's continued growth.
Company
Founded in 2007, AI provides insulation and fire protection systems to the oil and gas industry.
The Gloucester-based business employs 120 people and reported turnover of £20m in 2013.

Andrew Bennion is the managing director of AI. Kirsty McDonald, partner at GCP, led the deal.
