
Beringea and Eden Ventures invest £4m in ResponseTap
Beringea has joined existing investor Eden Ventures in a series-B funding round for UK-based call tracking and analytics company ResponseTap.
Eden, which invested £1.6m in the company in May 2012, has committed a further £1.5m in this funding round, while new investor Beringea has injected £2.5m of growth capital.
The fresh capital will be used to continue the company's expansion in the US, increase the associated support and development teams in the UK and to launch in Europe.

Headquartered in Manchester, ReponseTap conducts call tracking and analytics for companies such as Tui, British Gas and Aviva, as well as more than 500 marketing agencies. ResponseTap provides agencies and brands with data about the journey of a web visitor leading up to, during and after a phone call to a business. This technology enables its clients to analyse and improve the efficiency of their marketing activities. ResponseTap processes more than one million calls per month in the UK.
The company was founded in 2008 and employs more than 50 people.

Ross Fobian is CEO and co-founder of ReponseTap. Peter Jones is a partner at Eden. Stuart Veale is managing partner at Beringea and will join the ResponseTap board.
