Baird buys The SR Group

Beechbrook Capital provided debt to support the transaction.

Baird targets UK-based companies with a turnover of £10-100m. The GP's latest investment is in line with its experience in business recruitment services; its portfolio includes Synarbor and the Nigel Wright Group.

Founded in 1987 and based in London, The SR Group is an international recruitment firm serving the legal, human resources, tax, marketing and executive search sectors. The company comprises five brands, each serving one of the aforementioned recruitment searches. The SR Group has operations in the UK, Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
