KCP's Templine picks up Corinium Employment
Templine Employment Agency, backed by Key Capital Partners (KCP), has acquired Corinium Employment.
The deal marks Templine's fourth bolt-on deal since KCP backed its management buyout in November 2007. Previous add-on deals include the acquisition of A&A Recruitment in May 2013 and two 247 Staff branches in September 2012.
Company
Corinium Employment, which trades as Witton Recruitment, specialises in supplying permanent and temporary staff to a range of market sectors in the south-west of the UK. The company employs eight people, all of whom have transferred to Templine following the deal.
Corimium Employment operates from offices in Swindon and Cirencester and generates turnover of £2m.
Templine focuses on supplying warehouse staff, forklift truck operatives, machine supervisors, general labour and drivers. The company reported turnover of £46m in 2014, a 12% improvement on the previous year.
