Living Bridge, formerly known as Isis Equity Partners, has backed the management buyout of London-based B2C events business Upper Street Events.

Living Bridge has acquired its stake from the Morris family, Upper Street's previous majority shareholder.
The company was previously a part of the Business Design Centre Group – the Morris family-owned, London-based exhibition and conference venue – before becoming an independent entity in 2009.
Living Bridge changed its name from Isis Equity Partners in mid-November.
