
Finance Wales et al. invest in Vizolution
Finance Wales has led a series-A funding round worth £750,000 for Welsh software company Vizolution.
Finance Wales provided £500,000 in this round, while Vizolution received a further £100,000 investment from Notion Capital, as well as investment from the Vizolution management team.
Additional funding has also come from ex-Abbey National CEO Peter Birch and a Harvard Business School angel investor, leaving the company completely debt free.
The fresh capital will be used to launch the business into the UK financial services market.

Founded in Wales in 2008 by CEO Bill Safran, former CEO of Trigold, Vizolution is a developer or business services software. Its first product, vScreen, launches this week and is a patented screen sharing technology.
vScreen enables call centre staff and advisers to remotely demonstrate mortgages, insurance or other protection products on the client's computer.
Initially, the software is aimed at large banks and insurance companies, but the aim is to make vScreen available to intermediaries and advisers.
