Investor Growth Capital et al. invest $12m in Maxymiser
Investor Growth Capital and Pentech Ventures have backed a series-B funding round of $12m in UK website specialist Maxymiser.
The capital will be used to grow Maxymisers' services, research and development as well as to expand the business into new markets with a focus on North America. Maxymiser is looking to roll-out an enhanced user interface for customers including a new visual campaign builder.
Pentech Ventures previously provided funding for the company in a series-A round.

Maxymiser is based in London and provides multivariate testing, personalisation and optimisation solutions for websites in order to increase conversion rates, revenue and consumer loyalty. The business opened offices in the US in 2010 and also operates in Edinburgh and Dusseldorf. Maxymiser's clients include ASDA, Homebase and Time Warner Cable.
