
Smedvig injects £3.5m into Vive Unique
London-based venture capital firm Smedvig has invested £3.5m into Vive Unique, a rental home services business.
Vive Unique will use the funding to build up its existing team and develop both its home owner and guest marketing activities.

Vive Unique offers a fully managed service for London home owners to rent out their homes while away. On average, the service pays out £1,000 per week for London properties. The service manages all aspects of the rental including housekeeping and 24/7 customer service. Furthermore, it provides tailored insurance packages.
The company was launched in 2011.

Vive Unique was co-founded by Claire Whisker and Jonny Morris. Jordan Mayo is managing director at Smedvig.
