
Maven leads £4.5m CB Technology MBI
Maven Capital Partners has led the £4.5m management buy-in of contact electronics manufacturer CB Technology.
The operational management team will remain with the business and will work with new hires. Maven also plans to establish a dedicated sales and marketing function to expand the business further.
The buy-in team is headed by John Cameron, who previously worked at GE and UTC Technologies. Joining him will be Graham Scott as financial director, having previously been CFO of Memex, and chairman Laurence Ormerod who has experience in growing SMEs.

Founded in 1999, Livingston-based CB Technology designs and manufactures precision contact assemblies and probe cards for testing semiconductor wafers. It also offers electronic board manufacturing and test services, as well as advice on design and component purchasing.
