
Nauta Capital leads ChannelSight’s €3.3m round
Irish B2B software developer ChannelSight has raised €3.3m from Nauta Capital, ACT Venture Capital and Enterprise Ireland.
The company will use the fresh capital to hire 40 additional staff and to broaden its sales and marketing efforts.
Nauta specialises in early-stage investments. The Europe- and US-based VC held the first close of its 2015 fund on $70m in September 2015, targeting a $115-175m final close for the first half of 2016.
ACT is an Irish venture capital firm that invests from the early to expansion stages. It typically invests between €200,000-7m in funding rounds of up to €30m, preferably as the lead investor.

Founded in 2013 and based in Dublin, ChannelSight is a developer of "buy now" buttons for online retailers. The technology allows internet shoppers to locate a partner retailer where they can buy the product they are interested in. ChannelSight operates in 37 countries, working with brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Philips and Veet.

John Beckett, Kieran Dundon and Niall O'Gorman are the founders of ChannelSight. Carles Ferrer is a general partner at Nauta.
