Hermes Fund Managers acquires Hermes GPE
Hermes Fund Managers and Hermes GPE's management have bought an interest in Hermes GPE from a subsidiary of the Henderson group.
Following the transaction Hermes will continue to operate independently and continue its current business strategy.
Hendersen acquired a stake in Hermes GPE together with Gartmore group in April 2011.
